First of all I would like to THANK YOU! For all your help. This will be my first testimonial EVER! I usually don’t spend the time to do testimonials, but your service along with the Tyent  UCE 11 are not the usual type of service these days. I really appreciate you taking the time to walk me through this purchase. When I called to order I was going to order a countertop unit because I already in my mind eliminated the under the sink unit. You carefully took the time to ask me questions plus you completely answered the questions I threw back at you. I believe we spent a good half hour on the phone and after all that back & forth conversation, I decided to order the under the sink unit. I will have to admit that I’m 100% happy I did. Once I received the unit you were correct in telling me that the install was not complicated and installing the unit was really simple.

We’ve been using the Tyent water system for about 3 months now and quite frankly I don’t know how we did without it before. We are both in our mid 60’s and we think the Water Tastes Great, and it Feels Good on the inside…..WE LOVE IT!!
